Welcome: My name is Trevor Iles. I am a member of the
Visiting Faculty at MSU and the Instructor for this class. The goal of this class is to
teach the personal selling skills and processes that will enable students to understand
the " competencies" they need to be successful in selling. In today's world
everyone markets and everyone sells, not only products and services but their ideas and
themselves. This class requires no prior marketing knowledge and is geared toward both
marketing and non-marketing majors.

Feel free to contact me at any time at any of the numbers below. I also hold
" office " hours from 5: 15pm - 6:00pm on Mondays before class
in Owen cafeteria. You can make an appointment with me ahead of time or just grab
a cup of coffee and drop by. The class T.A's also holds office hours, the time and place
of which will be announced in class and be noted in the syllabus.
